With expertise in strategic planning, operations, product development, sales and marketing, business development, I have orchestrated multiple turnarounds, built product pipelines, launched new products, sold companies and created significant shareholder value. After running a series of successful companies, creating new startup companies and selling them on, Mark Philip Consulting has provided a broad range of consulting services since 2010 to a variety of large pharmaceutical companies, small to medium sized biotechnology companies and biologics manufacturers, medical device companies and diagnostic companies.
